Calculator

The present calculation only aims to give general information and does not constitute a bonding offer to the two parties. Adjustments are possible both towards decrease and increase, depending on the specific circumstances of each company (import, export, intra-community acquisitions, intra-community deliveries, etc). In case of two or more companies you will receive 20% discount of the lower price. All prices are VAT excluded.

  • over 300 invoices per month for companies registered under the VAT Act – to be agreed
  • over 100 invoices per month for companies not registered under the VAT Act – to be agreed
  • over 100 persons employed – to be agreed

We offer the following prices for registration of EOOD and OOD:

  • State fee – BGN 110.00
  • Preparation of documents and registration – BGN 130.00
  • Seal – BGN 25.00

We offer the following prices for registration of ET:

  • State fee – BGN 35.00
  • Preparation of documents and registration – BGN 60.00
  • Seal – BGN 25.00

Note: Notary fees and the fee for opening of escrow account, as well as other possible expenses (e.g. translation of passport, certificate from the Registry Agency, interpreter service before Notary Public, etc.) are not included in the prices. The prices for preparation of documents are VAT excluded.

  1. Company in the sphere of trade.
  2. Not registered as per VAT Act.
  3. Up to 20 invoices per month.
  4. Two employees.
  5. One bank account.
  6. No POS terminal.

  1. Company in the sphere of services.
  2. Registered as per VAT Act.
  3. Up to 20 invoices per month.
  4. No Intrastat submission.
  5. Three employees.
  6. One bank account.
  7. No POS terminal.
